Cancellation Policy - The Clearinghouse Guild reserves the right to alter or cancel any True Grit Ride event at the Guild’s discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, severe weather, security issues, construction, and/or accidents. No refunds or credits will be provided under any circumstances for cancelled events. Cancellation decisions will be made as early as possible via the True Grit Ride 100 website.
Refund/Transfer Policy - The Clearinghouse Guild/True Grit Ride 100 has a "No Refund and Transfer Policy."
Inclement Weather Policy – In the event of severe thunderstorms at start time, the start will be delayed up to 1 hour. After the 1 hour rain delay, the event may be cancelled or shortened. Riders need to be mindful of the weather at all times and use discretion as it pertains to their personal safety, especially once on the ride has begun.
